To the allegations & abusive post done by Mr.Arjun chari & others last year over Internet to 'needlessly harass' Dr.R.k.Singh, Mr.Abhishek Singh (ceo Taj pharma), Priyanka Singh & others says Mumbai hight court.

The court order to register FIR against Mr.Chari & others who are involved., the case and observed that the post was write to harass Dr.R.k.Singh, Mr.Abhishek Singh (ceo Taj pharma), Priyanka Singh &, because they are renowned business Peoples in India+ .
FIR No.36 of 2015 is registered by the Cyber Police ,Station, Mumbai, against Arjun Chari, Banwari Chari, Manish Chari & 6 Peoples.

Bombay High Court
and Chanda Chari for offence punishable under Section 499, 500 of
IPC and for the offence under Section 67 and 72 of the Information
