Dear sir,

I had booked my ticket online on 1 july 2009 in Rajdani express.
I had filed tdr. My status shows admin approved but till now i have no response.

Dear Sir, I had cancelled the partially confirmed ticket on the next day, but even after 1 1/2 years i have not received my money back. I have been sending mails all these days, buyt i get reply, will check and advice. Request you to help me on this.

1. IT IS A TATKAL WAIT LIST TICKET BOOKED FOR 4 PERSON, BUT ONLY FOR 2 TICKET WAS CONFIRMED AND FOR 2 IT WAS STILL WAIT LIST. SO, ONLY 2 HAD TRAVELLED AND FOR OTHER 2, TICKET WAS CANCELLED BUT TILL TODAY NO REFUND WAS GIVEN.

2. RAILWAY CASE RETURN NUMBER 39149

3. WHEN I SPOKE TO RAILWAY CUSTOMER CARE, THERE SAY IT IS A ISSUE FROM IRCTC AND VICE VERSA,,...

NEED SOME ONE TO LOOK INTO THIS AND ARRANGE TO REFUND MY AMOUNT WITH OUT ANY FURTHER DELAY.

I have similar issue TRD filed for partial waitlisted ticket but no refund even after 8months

Dear Customer, Sorry for the inconvenience.Kindly note that your refund case of PNR No.********12 has been forwarded to CCM/ER Railway on 28-May-2010 .We have already issued Reminders on 06-Oct-2010 and 24-Aug-2010 to concerned railway to chase up the case.But despite reminders refund is yet to be received from the concerned railway.Now we have sent another reminder on 1-December-2010 with all the papers pertaining to your refund case to concerned railway to chase up the cases. As soon as refund, if any, received it will be credited to your card account.
