BIG Bazaar - Faulty refrigerator delivered by Big Baazar

Hi, I have bought LG refrigerator GL-254VHG4 on 16 Aug 2013 from Big Bazaar Koramangala, Bangalore. The product was delivered on 17 Aug 2013. When service engineer opened the box piece on 18 Aug 2013 to install the product, door was found as faulty. Since i bought a brand new box piece product, i cant accept this faulty product and want an immediate replacement with no faulty parts. I have raised complaint (no-7011450) through Big Baazar help desk 1********55 and got assured that within 24 hours some one will call me. But nobody called me . So I called 2 times and got to know in another 24 hours some one will call me. They are harassing me like anything with false statement.

Why should I suffer and waste my office hour for their faulty delivery? They should send this faulty product back to the company or to any second sale shop, shouldn’t cheat customer by selling this.

I want a strict action against Big Baazar management team.
