Motorola India - Faulty Product Integration and Worst Customer Service

I am a troubled consumer of Motorola Mobility India. I had bought a device (Moto X2 ,IMEI No. - 35********10289) from the company via its online sales through 'Flipkart.com' on 26 Dec 2014.
Motorola Company provides a warranty of 12 months on its device. Which means within 12 months any manufacturing defects or grievances will be resolved by its customer care wing . After 6 months of use i started having issues with the device like speaker not working properly, fading display etc. On 7 Sept 2015 I submitted my device to a designated Motorola Service Center in Pune which is B2X Customer Care Pune . Its been 150 days as on 15 January 2016 since I submitted my device for service and I haven't received my repaired device or its replacement as mentioned in the company's terms of warranty .
I am constantly in touch with the regional service center where i submitted my device as well as with the Motorola India's on-line Customer Care Unit .I have been given expected case closure dates from last 4 months (i.e. 30/Sept, 8/Oct, 12/Oct, 16/Oct ,22/Oct, 27/Oct, 2/Nov, 7/Nov, 12/Nov, 23/Nov, 25/Nov, 30/Nov, 7/Dec,12/Dec, 17/Dec, 20/Dec ,22/Dec, 26/Dec ,31/Dec). And still when I last checked with the service center as on 09/Jan/2016 I was told that my device repair is pending due to non-availability of parts. And now even my warranty has expired as on 26/Dec/2015. Mototrola is an unethical and "Fraudulent" organization and i do not wish to have any of its products or services.
My case is being handled by Mr.Sandeep at the Motorola Customer_Care and he has failed to provide any solution .i.e. neither am i getting my device repaired nor its replacement. Moreover he refuses to do so and insisting me to wait from past 4 months.
I have lost my patience and do not wish to keep any Motorola products or services . Therefore I demand for full refund against my device Moto X2 which amounts to Rs.32999 . And if you want to retain your customers get rid of irresponsible and arrogant people like Mr. Sandeep please.
