I have purchased a Canvas Power Bank from Snapdeal.com online.
I have been delivered a faulty product and made a complain on 16.04.2014. (Complain No. 6038167)
They have confirmed via sms on 16.04.2014 that my product will be picked up withing 48 hours and will be replaced.
I have again made a call on their customer care on 18.04.2014 but they told me to wait for 1 more day.
than i have again made a call on their customer care on 19.04.2014 an i have been informed to wait 1 more day.
again i have called twice on 21 an but no response came from their end and again new commitement given that my product will be picked up on 22.04.2014.
In this duration i have sent Number of mails to their help desk mail id but no written response has been provided from their end.
All the time i am getting new commitements so now i am fedup of doing calls to their customer care.
