Hope this message finds you well , My order number is 516539724, my name is Akshata, I reside at Mira Road, Few days before i ordered a sewing machine from Telebrand , it was faulty product and have informed the same after calling on the complaint helpline number. No one from the company is coming to replace the machine as well they are asking me to come to the office at Thane and submit the same. Request the company to please send someone to come and replace the machine from my house.
