I have purchased kent ro grant plus on 25, feb,2016 from shree bala ji electronics yamina vihar north ghonda delhi-53 .In a mere time span of one year it creates several times problem.

1) On 8/11/2016 we got our first problem after 8 months, our two filter was not working and your technician charged 1000 rs.

2) Then on 26/12/2016 again we got the problem in our RO, we called your technician and he said that your machine is dead ,then he changed some S.M.P.S item.

3) Again on 8/2/2017 we got the same problem, there was no water flowing ,We complaint and your technician came and said your machine is dead , he again change S.M.P.S ,S.V and W/H.

4) Then on 18/02/2017 we again got sound related issue, your technician came and changed pump .

As you can see that with in just one year our machine becomes dead 2 times, changed filter 2 times and pump 1 time. Every time your technician came and said there is a problem of dirty water in your area thts why your machine got jammed. But we have several kent RO installed in our RO but they dont have to bear these kind of problems. it seems that we have been cheated and your company provided us damaged product.

when we talked to your technician regarding this issue, then he said kent maintenance required around 5200(filter)+ 2000(A.M.c) =7200 rs per year. it means with in 2 year we will pay around 60% of our newly machine charge.

Overall i am not happy with the product & services and would not recommend anyone for KENT. I would request for replacement of the machine. Request you to please escalate the matter to the right person so that the device can be replaced.

kindly resolve this issue, otherwise we have to take some legal steps and will take the case to the consumer court.
