I have purchased a Videocon AC in April,2012 from your dealer M/S Bharatech , Mohali. In this regards, I would like to bring to your kind notice that after installation of 3-4 days the compressor of the AC has stopped working. After lodging the complaint, the compressor has been changed but after few days the another compressor has also stopped working. On request, the company has replaced the AC after rigorous follow up of at least 2-3 month but with other model of Videocon. The replaced AC has also worked for a week and stopped. Now again after lodging the complaint, the mechanic came and told us that the main component of the AC is faulty and if we will change the same, the AC will not work more than a month.

The conclusion is that we had spent full summer of 2012 without AC and waste our lot of time in follow ups but now we don't want to have this AC and request you to refund our money as soon as possible. Otherwise we have no option but to knock the door of consumer court.
