I had ordered Junior Chandamama, Prevention and Child magazine subsrciption on 29-Sep-2011. The magazines started coming to me from Nov-2011 However till date i.e. June 2012 I am yet to receive the free gifts prmised worth over Rs 1500.
Constatnt follow ups with Indiamags has no yielded any results.
The customer care executive Ms Pradnya keeps on giving false promises of gift to be delivered after 15 days .
After the wait of 15 days relaunching of complaint generates the next 15 days promise.
I am fed up of following and feel like a beggar who is demanding the gifts.
I wish to take a strong action against indiamags.com for mental harrasment and cheating.

Ordered on 4th Dec 2012 but I am yet to receive. I have called, followed by a couple of mails to let me know the status as I am leaving for the US by the year end. There is no response either by means of email or phone. This is a pathetic state of our online companies which can never retain customers because of their sloppy system of customer service. This will be the last time I would ever go to them. I get all these DVDs in London as well. I made a mistake ordering on these guys.
