Dear Team,
We have just received today afternoon the product ordered by us and paid the delivery man Rs.750/- cash . On opening of the Samsung charger you have sent was kept for charging and tried on my Samsung Mobile Phone. It is not functioning properly as after a minute or two of charging it automatically stops charging and closes . Retried again and the same result. Please therefore refund our amount paid and arrange for collection. The delivery person refused to take back and asked us to contact the Shipper.
I tried to call your helpline on several occassion but sorry to state the line after connecting is cutting off and hence informed by this email.This is my first transaction from your website and very much dissatisfied.
