I brought few cosmetics from Shopclues.com vide order#******** (Men Deo's) and ******** (MAC Products)

#******** : Company delivered wrong products and now delaying in replacing the items. Even after various phone calls and emails these guys are not responding properly.

#******** : Company delivered fake products and now again delaying in replacing the products.

I had called Shopclues.com Helpdesk for more than 5-6 times in last 1 week however there response is very poor, everytime they says only 1 thing "wait for 48hours and we will escalate your complaint", even after several promises from their end they never give a call back to customer and infact tries to put blame on customer claiming that they are not available.
