Sir I booked a ticket on line on 6th August2012 but transaction was failed and the ticket fare is deducted from my axis account for Rs. 2670/-. Transaction Details

I booked 1 ticket form irctc on line on 26.09.2012, for journey date : 12.10.2012
due to transaction failure amount got deducted from my ICICI bank a/C no :623901521128
please see the transaction details :

irctc says : refund details
payment not received from bank but it got deducted form my bank account due to transaction failure

its almost more then 1.5 months. Please return my money as soon as possible.

Note : please provide me the concern person or department for further approach
