Indian Railways - failed transaction, money deducted.

Today (29/6/12) i tried to booked 1 general tickets from YPR to BRC. During processing stage, the message was : "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" and then everything stoped, yet the money has been deducted from my account. I guess this complaint is'nt new and it ll keep repeating in the future too !!
