Facing Bad Service Experience by IFB

***!!!Why IFB is not believe in Sales after Service?!!!***

I have purchased IFB Diva Aqua SX 6 k.g. Front Loading Washing Machine on 10-Apr-2017.

I am facing service related problem since I purchased the Washing machine and below are the details:

1. While installing the machine, service engineer had not set washing machine's position properly so that machine was vibrating;
2. So I had call after a week to local service centre (Rajkot) for vibrating machine problem, but they came after 3 days and they insist to purchase IFB trolley only to solve out such problem. But then I just changed the little machine's position from ground level, and the vibrating problem was solved; (machine installation was bad by IFB)
3. Then I have placed order to IFB Customer Care (1800 3000 5678) for Trolley on 18-July-17 and operator said that we will contact you within 24:00 hours but no any confirmation message or local service centre's call received to me;
4. I had call again on 28-Jul-17 but no solution given by IFB;
5. Then I had call on 1-Jul-17 and 2-Jul-17 but same situation is there.

Every time Customer Care centre answered me that we have passed your order to respective service centre and still not solved so we are very sorry for that and also they answered me that senior executive will call you back within hour or half an hour but nobody call me till the time!

It is totally dissatisfaction of IFB service!

Also, the company policy for accessories and warranty is also very bad:

- Company provided water inlet-tube not fitted and it replaced by service engineer.
- Changed Water Tap which price is Rs.350 and others are selling-out at below Rs.200.
- Trolley price of IFB company is Rs.1550 (M.R.P.) whereas this same trolley, same brand is selling-out at Rs.1300 by other seller.
- IFB Machine Cover price is approx. 500+ whereas other seller selling-out at Rs. 280 to 350.
- Other accessories like washing liquid, tap, filter etc. are almost double-price compare to other seller.
- IFB company policy said that, if you purchase accessories such as Trolley, Rat Mesh, Machine Cover, On-line Filter, Inlet/Exhaust Extension Hoses, Extended Power Supply Cable, Adjustment Feed Cover, etc., by non-IFB seller and installed it, and in future any fault found in machine, IFB will NOT consider the guarantee/warranty! It's so surprisingly! (very bad points included in IFB's Warranty policy)
- IFB has clearly mentioned in warranty page that, "The Company is not liable for any delay in servicing due to reasons beyond the control of the Company or any of its authorised service centres." Then what will be important of your sales after service? and what is the value of your authorised service centre?

If we purchase from other centre, IFB has problem and if we place order to your authorised centre, they are totally irresponsive.

I think IFB has only interest to sell their additional accessories after selling the machine.

Once anyone know the IFB's service and warranty related policy before purchase the IFB machine, anybody will think hundred of times to purchase the IFB products.

So it is my kind request to all customer that please check regarding service and company policy before you purchase IFB products! because they are make us fool after selling the machine.

And this is not my own experience please also read other user's feedback and complain regarding service and policy.
