BSNL Limited - Extremely untolerable services by BSNL

Hi
Am really tired of lodging complaints with the local exchanges of BSNL. My landline started working after two weeks and now the broadband is dead again. I spoke to the exchange and they said it would be done with priority. My landline number is 080-25731685. I fall under the bangalore telecom circle. For the past 3 months am receiving extremely poor service. My landline works for 2 days and goes dead again. The line gets rectified after repeated complaints and goes dead in 3 days. Yesterday my line was rectified and my broadband was working and again today my line has gone dead. even broadband not working. Now will BSNL expect me to pay the monthly rent. Please take this seriously and please rectify the issue. I never expected such service from BSNL and will be disconnecting the line shortly. Am not using the service of BSNL for free that am receiving such deadly service.Hope my complaint would be taken with utmost priority. At the end of the day I would like to say that BSNL is just a crap.
