I bought a Whirlpool Front-load Fully automatic washing machine in January 2011. The model name is "SPORTZ" and costed about Rs 28,500.
The machine was working fine for almost 2 years and started getting complaints after that time.
The most recent complaint number is CN0********7. As per the service technician, the washine need to be replaced and the replacement process is going on.
I have 2 issues that need your immediate attaention -
1. Your current process of replacement is lengthy. The machine went dead on 20th August and the replacement is not yet received as of today. As i hear from the replacement executive in chennai, it will take atleast another 15 to 20 days to get it.
My humble question is "who will wash the clothes until the new machine is delivered?" I paid Rs28,500 not to wash my clothes manually.
Can you provide a temporary machine until the new machine is delivered? It will definitely reduce my hardship as i have a big family
2. According to the service technician, the problem is because the machine is not designed to be used in chennai water. How can you then market a product which is not suited for a particular location? Is the Design department at fault OR the marketing team? Please check it internally and pass on the message to the right stakeholders.
