Hero Honda Motors - extra charge while paid service

i have given my hero honda splndr+ bike for general paid service at A2Z Motors at Ernakulam in Kerala , For General service, washing,change of engine oil, change of cable assy speedometer and cable comp throttle and front tyre with tube. they charge Rs 215 for oil, Rs 1700 for tyre Rs 73 and Rs 71 for cables Rs 230 for general servise and extra Rs 300 as labour charge for changing for tyre and cables.I contact to centre regarding this and request t them but they have not respond to me inspite of this they talk very rudely to me and say that we have not invite to you here for service. we have charged this and now you do whatever you can do..

I had give my bike for handel change to big Swing Honda badshahpur on 14 April 2018 but they give my bike om 28 April 2018. And charge 1900 for labor. They also dead my bike battery and self is not working.
