I was i client of nucleus health hub Rajouri Garden branch.
Mr.Suraj provided me a protein that was expired. It caused me skin problems,pimples on my face and back,asthma problem.
The gym is not having any emergency exit.It is located in the basement,according to the law every basement should have its emergency exit.
I went to Mr.Suraj he started hitting me.
I have also done a FIR in rajouri garden police station but no action is been taken by the police
Please sir strict action should be taken on the gym manager Mr.Suraj
