Sub.: Complaint Against Electricity Bill CRN No. 2520133422 (Regarding excess bill for the month of June & July'2014)
Sir/Madam,
This is with reference to the sudden excessive billing on electricity bill. The above meter is in the name of Smt. Champa Rani vide connection no. CA.No.:102267281 CRN No.:2520133422 R/o House No 230, Gali no D-7, Chattarpur Pahadi, New Delhi-74.
We received the electricity bill for the period of 17.06.2014 to 18.07.2010 and I got shocked when I saw the bill i.e. for Rs 21260. Our earlier bill of the month of June was also around Rs 12120. Prior to that the bill, which I was paid for the month of May 2014 was for Rs. 4630. I cannot understand this exceptional increase in the tariff since last two months which crossed all the limits in the last month. The bill of July also says that our existing load of 4.00 kw has been revised to 7.00 kW and an amount of 5800 has been debited in our electricity charges.
It is not at all possible to consume for a domestic consumer of total 1956 unit in a single span of 30 days, as we are just a small family living in a single floor. This is excess billing need to be checked properly at your end which can be due to faulty meter or its wiring. This is surely a fault at your end which should be properly rectified ASAP. When I went to my zonal BSES office, they denied to listen to me and just said first pay your bill then come to us. This was very embarrassing that your customer service representative were not responding properly. Therefore you are kindly requested to please correct/rectify the bill and take necessary action

bill ish month bhut jyada aa gya hai actually hamra itna use nai hua so kindly check my meter
