I am having the Tata Photon connection and dissatisfied with the response and services provided. More ever my connection is discontinued.

I have tried all means of compliant for My Music Deactivation since December 2012 but till date you are charging me in each every bill.
1. Email to listen@tatadocomo.com copy of the same is attached for deactivation of My Music . Email Id dated Dec 12.
2. Personally visited DOCOMO Gallery on 5th March at Ahmadabad and requested for the discontinuation of My Music. However it is not done.
3. I called to Call center but of no use instead the concern person used the abusive language , refer attached mail.
4. Then compliant is submitted through chat having nos , 354699053 / 354701461 /354756329 / 358688531 except one call from your side that to irrelevant to complaint subject matter was received against all these complaints. I have received the SMS stating these complaints were resolved actually nothing has been resolved till today.
5. I had been to your Tata Docomo Gallery refer the #358688531 but of no use.
This is final mail I am writing over this if still the concern complaints are not resolved to my satisfaction level I will have to take it to further level outside TATA DOCOMO.
