Please refer attached file,

My Electricity bills have gradually increased as per below,

5th November 2016 to 8th December 2016 Rs. 4385
8th December 2016 to 8th February 2017 Rs. 7998
8th February 2017 to 17th April 2017 Rs. 8633
17th April 2017 to 10th July 2017 Rs. 24254
5th November 2016 6th September 2017 Rs. 109879

We fail to understand, why all of a sudden they recomputed from 5th November and escalated our bill more than 10 times.

Could you look into the matter and get the error rectified.

Concerned staff including officer incharge are not cooperative and are highly arrogant and abusive.
