My self nishant kumar has purchased the

• NAKSHATRA KING BED WITH STRG (Shesham wood), has Defects
• LAEVIS COFFEE TABLE (Shesham wood) has Defects
• CONWY DINING SET

From Evok Store, Hindware Home retail pvt ltd. The Sales Order No is – 1015SO/11-12/0000841 & 1015SO/11-12/0000741, Sales Inv No 2008RI/11-12/00324 -


At the time of delivery I have reported to you and the same I mentioned on delivery sheets on delivery (The Coffee table has Many cracks, joints are opned and Nakshatra King Bed has termite issues and has cracks). Even I was not willing to get the delivery but you (Mr Subhash the store manager) assure me saying please accept the delivery I will replace the item if you want or give the money back.

So many times I called up to resolve the issue. Frequently I visited to the show room to resolve this issues.
Always you gave me the assurance you will get the product back and refund me the money by cheque.
You already send your executive to take the pictures but till today I did not get any concrete response from your side.


after 6 months are over but i am still waiting to get any response form Evok/Mr. Subhash (The store manager) .
