SUB: Encroachment of public property by land grabbers and carry out construction activities unlawfully - Request for necessary and immediate action - Reg.

We, the undersigned residents of Bkguda, Erragadda, Hyderabad Beg to report that there is a strip of land ad-measuring 140 sq.yards abutting 12ft. Road on the east, and public lane on the west situated at Bkguda, Hyderabad and bounded on the

North by: Prious Agri, Well (Open Land)

East by: 12ft. wide road

West by: Public Lane

This is a public property. it was a play ground for our children, Some local persons who are Habitual land grabbers encroached upon and occupied the above plot of land and started Construction activity on the 26th January, 2014 we protested, In spite of our abjection they are carrying out construction. These person do not have Valid documents, GHMC permission or any Document Claiming owner ship rights. Therefore in the interest of public welfare we request you to take immediate action against all those persons who are involved in this type of illegal activities. Further we wish to state they threatened the residents of dire consequence if we report their illegal activities to the Government.
We request for immediate action in the interest of public welfare.
