i am resident of j- 87 , 2nd floor , baludhyan road , uttam nagar , new delhi 59.
i want to inform you that electicity bill not delivered at my home from 4 months ,
it gets difficult to pay bill because in online additional charges are applicable
so i reques to deliver my electricity bill at the above adress regularly

and should take strict action to the distributer of electricity bill as electricity bill is not properly delivered at correct home
