I wish to surrender EDC machine (MID No 03********65520) and applied to Axis Bank Barrackpore branch on 30 dec 2017, there after customer executive of axis bank call me twice to ask why I wish to surrender and finally said do not use the machine and they initiate process and their executive return back the said machine from my place, but till date my EDC machine would not return back and charges for the said machine may be charge.
they charges 3 types charge
1. monthly rental
2. non transaction charge
3. minimum transaction charge (if less than Rs.25,000/- per month)
I do not use that machine for last 3 months but the above charges may be charged.
