Sir,
Last week on the way to my home my car (Grand I10 Asta, KL 04 AF 6412) MALA851CLEM093132 dash board display engine warning signal and after some time it will vanish. The next day am check my car in Hyundai service center and know that the ECM part damaged and it will controlled most functions of the car. It will cost around Rs 26,000.
My car is run only 10400 km and 4 year old. service are done by authorised Hyundai dealers and used genuine parts. The service person told that it is a manufacturing complaint of the part. Am participated four 90 points checkup. Why you should not find such a serious problem in that checkup.
Then why i suffer the total amount of the part. It is Hyundai's responsibility to replace the ECM chip.
Hyundai says that all parts are checked and quality test passed. Then how it happens only 10400 km, 4 year old car important part like ECM chip became damaged. HML is making fake or low quality products to such cars?
My question is how a customer believe your product. In my family there is 4 grand i 10 buy with my reference. If they ask about this problem what answer I will give to them. 'Buying a Grand i10 car worth 6 lakh is like digging on my grave'. So HMIL please give a satisfied answer and kindly replace My grand I10 damage ECM part with free of cost. I am waiting for reply.

Hyundai Service Center

Your service department has been unable to properly repair the issue of overheating  in my car, and I need your help to resolve this situation.
On 5/Feb/2018, I dropped off my car, a Hyundai i10(DL7C J6039) at your Himgiri Auto Pvt. Ltd. Dilshad Garden, New Delhi, to have its issue resolved as mentioned above. They have fixed the issue but i am not sure that whether they have replaced the part or fixed the old part only. For the clear understanding i am attaching the invoice with this mail.   When I picked up the car, your employee assured me that it was in complete working order. Thus, I paid Rs 17,230 , only to find that your employees did not make the repairs. But the overheating issue occured again on 15/March/2018 while i was heading towards Agra .I toe up my car and sent it to Shiel Hyundai Service Center , Mathura and they have estimated me the bill of Rs 60 Thousands approx. for the same issue of overheating and now my car's engine is also fully destroyed due to overheating. If Himgiri Auto Pvt. Ltd. Dilshad Garden, New Delhi have fixed the overheating issue properly then how can this occur again within a month . I spoke with Mr. Tripathi (Workshop Manager) at Himgiri Auto Pvt. Ltd. Dilshad Garden, New Delhi , your service manager, who told me, "We've done the best we could. Take it elsewhere if you're not happy."And from yesterday he is not picking up my call and they are not supporting me at all .
I'm certainly not happy and I expect your dealership to fix the car properly. I've paid you Rs 17,230 to complete the job and I will not be satisfied until you return the car to me in perfect working order.
I expect three things:
1. Prompt repair of my car at no additional cost to me
2. A free rental car for my use while my car is in the shop
3. An apology from your dealership for the rudeness of your employee
If i will not be getting any proper response in my favour then i will have to take legal action against this.
Your company's lack of service and professionalism is unacceptable to me. You may reach me at ********29, Ripudaman Saraswat to discuss this matter further. I expect to hear from you by today.
