I am a regular customer of ebay, though I am not a 100% satisfied customer sometime I use to shop from here. This time I am very much disappointed with the product I received from ebay, its a kind of useless one. I contacted ebay for returning this but they rejected, what to do with this low quality product I dont know. I want to return it and want my money back.

I was really not aware of this stupid condition of ebay since other online services of India like snapdeal, amazon, flipkart etc. has very prompt return service though they also do business through different sellers.

I am going through a similar experience as I got a damaged & broken product and ebay is denying the claim saying that it needs to be dealt with the seller and warranty. Unfortunately the seller also is not responding. I wanted to see whether this is eBay's professional standard, and if the answer is yes, need to make it public in this forum at least.
