I have raised replacement of my order with paisa pay id 40000580009 as it was faulty.My claim number is Claim No. 1240712 .But seller intentionally refund my amount.I have used ebay promotional coupon which i cant use now for purchasing the same product.I want seller to show cause for not replacing my order. Is order replacement is not in Ebay policy?
