Hi,
I tried booking Tatkal tickets from SBC-ED yesterday through irctc.co.in, the transaction went through and the money got deducted from my bank account however the ticket was not booked. This has happened in the past as well and there is a 2 day delay on the money being returned to my bank account. Please investigate why this happened. Also though the status says Sent for Refund I have not received the same in my account.
Complainant's Goal: To enable users on IRCTC.co.in to successfully book TATKAL tickets
