Dear Cadbury

I bought a box of Cadbury milk chocolates from dayanand colony, Lajpat Nagar-4 . when I opened the box I immediately noticed chocolate dust falling through. I immediately realized that there was something wrong. Thinking that it was past its expiry date, unfortunately its not expired. The code number written on wrapper is H60527 05:16. The chocolate were faded and full of chocolate dust as if rotting. which is quite surprising as well as embarrassing. I know that you cannot be aware of the condition of all boxed items but better systems need to be in place.
I have noticed that quality of your products have decreased to such an extent that the pleasure of consuming a Cadbury's product, has become a pain!
It saddens me to say that you lost a loyal Cadbury-fan.
I am truly saddens by state of your recent products, it can only be described as a total rip off of innocent consumers!
I would really like a reply on my complaint.
