I am Amruta Das.
I have booked a flat on 18/08/2014 on SAMARPIT Project of DreamZGK Bangalore.
I had paid 1Lakh rupees by credit card on that date as booking amount.

Booking Form No - D8544 I have the receipt.

They have given a post dated cheque 3 months back.
The date of the cheque is 24-12-2014.
Today I was going to deposit the cheque and got to know that SBI account number 32445027724 is already closed on 23-12-2014.
When I asked on this number 0********67 which belongs to finance department of DreamzGK , they told what ever is that you should deposit the cheque.
I am going to deposit the cheque today with the surity that it would get bounced.

They know that it's illegal to give a cheque for the account which is closed.

Please look in to this matter, as i have cancelled the booking I want my hard earned money to be refunded back to me.
