Koncept Hyundai - Discripencies in dealing of car delivered by the dealer

Ihave purchaed a Car (EON 1.0 L Magna plus, Sleek silver bearing Registration No. DL12CK0616) from Koncept Hyundai Sales office at A-56, Kailash Colony, New Delhi - 110048 at the total cost of Rs.4,07000. It was delivered to me on 31 Dec 2014. immediately, after delivery i observed that the said car have already been runs approx. 200 Kms. prior it delivered to me. I made an representation in writing and handed it over to Mr. Makhija (Asst. Manager) on 01 Jan 2015 and also made several visit to above mention sales office with Mr. Tushar (Manager, Sales) and discussed the prior runs milage issues in a length and sought clarifications towards my complint. Also, i was shocked while i found, as per records held with Metro Hyundai, at Okhla phase -I, New Delhi, my car delivery date is 30 July 2014. The same mater was again discussed with Mr. Tushar but no action reply yet been received from the respective Sales office. From the facts above it appears that relevent Sales office is doing malpractices and also cheating their customer. Request necessary steps to stop the malpractices, also justic/compansation. Regards.
