While changing the water meters sometime back, it seems Jal Board may have interchanged the connections with other consumers in the same building, as we are getting the "HIGH VALUED BILLS, (which for last many months we are truthfully paying) in comparsions to the bills with other consumers in the neighourhood, although our consumption of water is very very low.
