TVS Motors - Disappointed with TVS motors - Feeling Ceated

Hello,

Unfortunately writing this mail with huge disappointment from TVS motors.

I have bought a TVS Jupiter vehicle on 28th of January 16 (probably the worst decision of my life). It’s not even a month today, and I have to visit the service center thrice.

On the first occasion, within a week I guess, the horn of the vehicle stopped working and the service center guy just made the horn wiring tight, post which it started working.

Few days later, the self-start stopped working. I visited the service center again and without even checking the guy told that I have to leave the vehicle for them to investigate.

The manager of the service center was not available and upon calling him he asked the mechanic to look into the issue. Initially I was informed that the battery drained out due to the faulty mobile charger socket (which was company fitted). They will charge the battery and I have to check if the issue persists I would have to come again.

Upon major arguments, and post involvement of the showroom owner, the battery was replaced. The scooter was with the service center from 11 in the morning till almost 5 in the evening.

Now, I have the similar issue again, where the self-start does not work, horn does not work and the power light turns on even if the vehicle is not running and is in the standing mode with engine started.

I visited again, and now came to know that the horn is faulty and there are other parts as well which are faulty.

Upon discussing the matter with the showroom owner Mr. Anand Deo, he politely told me that he can only guarantee for the service and not for any technical faults. Also, he somehow managed to blame me for not giving them enough time to investigate the issue last time and as per him its just my second or third visit which happens and is normal.

I my feeling cheated with TVS and really regret with my decision of being a TVS motors customer. I wish to return the vehicle and if you guys cannot refund the money, please keep it with you as charity as it seems you are in great need of it, but please stop cheating people.
