Hi,

Completely “Disappointed & F***ed up with Vodafone’s Customer Service, to be very specific the Vodafone Store at Parrys”.

I have been with Vodafone since last 5 years & I hold 6 numbers(4 Chennai Numbers + 2 Bangalore Numbers), never was frustrated like this before.

I wanted to convert two of My Chennai numbers from Postpaid to Prepaid.

I went to the Vodafone store, Parrys twice(Sep & Oct) but they said on some particular billing date only they can do the conversion(I was even ready to clear the outstanding balance). I wasn’t able to travel from Bangalore to Chennai on those billing dates, So I got all the required forms, signed & made my brother to go in order to get it done. But today they are saying that I need to come from Bangalore. This is so strange.

The guys there @ Vodafone store, Parrys doesn’t even know the basic manners & they have behaved so rude. Very poor professionalism.

Coming to the point, Simply I have been paying the Vodafone bill for the past two months, which I don’t want to do anymore. I hope you guys can help me in resolving this issue by escalating the same to the concerned department/team. If it’s not going to be resolved, am going to close/cancel the connection for all my 4 chennai nos.

And more over I am not going to pay the bill for this month.
