I boareded the train at Badnera Junction. The PNR number is ********63. The seat was so dirty as if someone had poured soil on it. I enquired with pantry staff, whether we have someone who can clean the seat. He informed that, we do not have this kind of service. I tried to inform railway administration by sending the SMS on ********12. This also didn't worked.
Complainant's Goal: I want railway to make public to whome to contact in running train
