This is for the 3 consecutive time today that the first class ladies compartment (towards CST side) of the Panvel Wadala train (starting at 7.56 am from Panvel - Harbour line) was dirty. The first instance was on Friday i.e. 23rd August, 2013, second was on Monday i.e. 26th August, 2013 and third was today i.e. Wednesday 28th August, 2013.

It causes agony and inconvinience to all first class ladies commuters who are paying Raiways almost twice the normal amount.

This act seems intentional as the same compartment is being targeted for 3rd time today in a week's time.

Would urge you to nab the person responsible for doing this (as was done on Central Railway) and publicise the same in newspapers so that these activities can be curbed.
