My name is Adeline walker. I've come all the way from Australia to get my implants done. Dentzz quoted me AUD11000/- as a maximum rate after I explained to them what I needed to get done on the phone and after I came to India and visited them at the Kemps Corner Branch, Mumbai they revised their quote to AUD18000/-. We found the rate too high because we are pensioners and we asked for the highest rate. It is not right to bring us to India on false quotes and then increase the quote by 7000. We asked for the highest rate, and as per them it was AUD11000/-. We feel cheated. We went for a second opinion and that clinic is giving us a better rate so we shifted our dental care. Because we have shifted our dental care the hotel that Dentzz booked for our three week stay at the corporate rate is now charging us extra because we are not with Dentzz. We would like you to take this up because most of the people staying at Shalimar are Dentzz clients who have been duped with under quotes to come to India and the fee has doubled after visiting them. Their rate quotes are not transparent. Please correct this.
