I placed an order no. 24******** on snapdeal on 24/07/14 which was placed for two items 1.Lee
Cooper Tan Sandals 2.Lee Cooper Blue Loafers for Rs. 2699 and payment was made by credit card. But on 26-07-2014 I received the one wrong /different item which did not belong to me and it was against order no.24******** as per invoice contained in the packet due to some mistake of snapdeal. I immediately contacted their customer support telephonically and a complaint was raised vide ticket No. 8127361. Later on two more tickets i.e 8127734 and 8127680 were also created by me. Thereafter two return requests were created by me vide no.8162674, 8162639 because I want refund for both
items. The wrongly delivered item was picked up on 29/07/2014. But the refund was initiated
for one item only for Rs. 1560. The refund should be initiated for both items of the order as I never received any of the items of the order. The refund of Rs. 1139 is still pending. After repeated interactions with the company they are asking me to return the product (which was never delivered to me) only after that the refund will be issued. This is a case of willful cheating .
