I had ordered a pair of shoes at flipkart.com against order Id -OD404********2617000 on 27/12/2015.The item name - Rebok Running Shoes .I paid by net banking amount -Rs -4783/- .But when product is delivered on 7/1/2015 , I found under the package -"A SMALL PIECE OF BRICK"The delivered package is intact , No seal broken or no tampered, but When I open the package I found a piece of brick instead of Shoes.As soon as I cantact by phone at flipkart .I many emails and many cantact by phone ..but my refund request is disapprove and closed my issue.On 9 /1/2016 I received a call from flipkart and inform me refund request is disapprove and closed the complain issue.Flipkart provide me reason of a complete cheating and fruduantely that -" Package is delivered " How strange of reason ?My complain issue is Delivered product cheated me by packageing under inner package " A SMALL Brick Piece"But reason of refund cancel- " Package delivered" It's reason is complete cheate reason and way of fruduante. My refund request no is reflected at flipkart account as -" Return id-41674686".
