My daughter Jayashree panchapakesan has applied for a Passport on 20.08.2010 thro Bangalore-one Rajajinagar . Her file number is B11162310. & DOB:31.03.1989 It is now two months , Till date we are unable to know the status of her application. On enquiry from the police department they inform that they have not recieved the file for police verification. On enquiry with Bangalore one they inform that they have forwarded the application on 22.08.2010 to RPO. When we go for online status , it says "File Not Found please check the file number" When we call the Passport Office either no response or nobody picks. If any body can help in getting the passport at the earliest I would be much obliged.She has to leave abroad for higher studies.
