Indane Gas - Delay to get gas

I have a connection no. 6287 at Thalassery . in the name of my Father Mr Raveendran. The gas agency is Indane Gas Service. I have booked a gas on 16.08.2013 and booking no is 6484 now one month over not yet get they are telling load is not there every day they are telling some rubbish reson.
