Last month 26th oct i pre-closed my LIC HFL mortgage loan (AC:no:5530200002704)

still, i am requesting them to give my originals, but i didn't a proper response.

I desperately in need of the originals for my further loan disbursal from some other bank

so please help me with the same ASAP.
