honble minister, dated 15th feb,\'10

The gauge conversion of Myladuthurai-Villupuram section of Southern Railway was taken up more than four years ago. The travelling public from Thanjavur and other southern districts have to travell only by Bus to reach Chennai, paying two to three times rail fare. The leaders while opening other sections after conversion do not even care to indicate the target for this particular section. But the rumours are going rounds that the railways and the bus owners have a mutual benefit in delaying the completion and sircastically continue that Chandrayan may land man on the moon sooner. Why can\'t the railministry openly tell the public what the delay is due to and when this section will be opened to rail traffic. May I solicit an answer to this complaint.
