I have Indian oil domestic LPG gas connenction (Double Gas Cylender) last 26 years old, I am suffering from delay delivery after 34 days gas services last 3 years. Distributor always said that gas supply problems and huge Coustomer Holder. (Gas reached to home after 15 days booking and after 20 days again gas reached to home).But other areas gas supply no porblems like Behala Manton, New Alipore, Lake Gardens, Rash Behari, Tollygunge, Ballygunge, Jadvpur etc.
Please I wish to you serious action to the dealer asap..........

My C.No. is 4046, 1st Booking was on 21/4/15 , Booking No. 297418, cash memo generated
on 02/05/16, cash memo no 30034253. and same day mobile message that your cyl.is
delivered, c.no. 3000034213, but I am not received my gas. again
2nd booking on 04/05/16, booking no. 311033, cash memo generated on 16/05/16
no. 3000051631, booking no. 311033, 24/05/16 mobile message your cyl. is delivered
with c.no. 3000059104, but this time I am not recived the gas.
THIS TWO BOOKING GAS ALREADY DELIVERY. who is sign the cash memo.
Please give the answer.

Respected Sir,
Last September I have change my residence address for this reason they have been charge Rs. 520/-9For Residence Address Change) after that I booked my Gas on 09/10/2015 and message shows Gas Deliver on 13/10/2015 but till date there is no gas vendor deliver my gas when I inform to Gopal Gas they said you need to submit your residential proof again my question is when I submit my residential proof to Gopal Gas and they charge more than Rs. 500 so why I re-submit my documents, so plz. take a note on it and take serious action against on him, and highly oblige to me I feel This Gopal Gas provise worst service to all customer I got lot's of complain againts on this Gas Distributor so why you poeple not to take serious action againts on this ditributor.
