I sent an enquiry to this company with a view to purchase a home tandoor to be delivered to my friend's address in Goa. They responded by email with the price for the tandoor and shipping (incidentally overcharging by Rs 200 in their calculations) and in the next email provided their bank details. 5 weeks ago (10/10/2013) I transferred the money from my ICICI account in Goa to the account they had provided and asked them to confirm receipt of the funds and advise how long it would take to ship the tandoor. They did not respond. I have sent several emails and have not received a reply to any of them. According to ICICI my payment to them was made successfully. See attached emails for correspondence.
