In September, 2014 we received a dining table (Tax Invoice No - 21I/23026383) which was broken from one corner and two chairs were scratched. We registered a complaint with the headquarters where they provided us with a number ********34 to contact Mr. Ohm. Pictures of the defective product were taken on 21 December 2014. After that, Mr. Ohm kept on telling us that we will receive the product in due time. However, it is now March and we have not received our product.
Also, we received a message from VK-GODREJ saying "*Godrej SMS* Your Service Call Z1******** is completed. Your Bill Amount in Rs.NIL. For any further...". This message was received on 9 February 2014. Mr. Ohm is also not picking up our calls now.
We request you to deliver the product to us as soon as possible without any further hassle.

We had Godrej matresses and a small problem withe coir and the foam of mattress .Igave complaint to customer care he forwarded call to service provider he said of one week to come and see the product and after one week again called he is now started of saying again more 10 to come because he is depended on outsider who make the mattress . We buying the products of Godrej by paying lot of money,but no response to give good service .very irresponsible ,no service providing ......
