Rediff Shopping - Defective Product Delivered And No Replacement Was Given Till Yet

Dear sir,
I have one order no.8989806 with rediff shopping for "Datawind Ubisurfer9 laptop" on 8th January, 2014.
I received the product which was found defective on 16th January 2014 and when I tried to charge it found it is defective as it is not charging.
Immediately contacted to customer care through mail("customersupport@rediff.com")and explained all the facts regarding to product which was i received on 17th January 2014.
i have return the damaged product ("Datawind Ubisurfer9 laptop" Order No:8989806)
to the vendor(Edge Infotel Pvt Ltd
9,DSIDC Complex,
Okhla Industrial Area, Phase - I,
New Delhi - 110020

through OVERNITE PARCEL SERVICE,with Consignment number : ********60 and vendor received the product on 26th January,2014.
when i request them replace/refund and they will provide solution in next 24/48 hrs every time but no solution found til today.
I am was seriously hurt and lot of frustration because of it, that product is required immediately to my brother for business purpose.

If you need I will submit all the mail conversations regarding to product.
