I placed an order to supply spin mop vide order no-OW00018512 on 17/11/2011 and the same was supplied on 25/11/2011. I am surprised to note that defective and broken piece has been supplied. Its spin container is broken which can not retain water due to which it cannot be used. You are requested to please return the cost immediately and take back your product.
