sir,my father have policy in korba branch 1.he was expired due to road accident.i have submitted all papers work to the branch.but they stil not paying the payment from last 2 n half year.so kindly resolve it.policy no-3********.

This has reference to above subject I have paid towards my LIC policy No-5******** Name- Agni Shikha Mohanty an amount of Rs 27016 on dated 10/01/2014 through my HDFC credit card.
please note that the same amount Rs 27016 was being deducted again from my Creditcard on 18.01.2014 as autodebit was activated through smart pay.

You are requested to reverse the amount to my account.
